Main Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Achieve the given sales targets as per Company guidelines.
  • Always maintain customer satisfaction at 100%.
  • Have a sound knowledge & understanding of specifications of all Toyota models available in the Sri Lankan market.
  • Assisting Marketing and Sales Departments in Special functions organized by way of Sales Promotions, campaigns, dealer visits, etc.. and provide active participation.
  • Maintain proper documentation/records.

Qualifications & Prerequisites :

  • Qualifications in Sales & Marketing such as SLIM, CIM, etc.
  • Experience in vehicle sales & related functions.
  • Knowledge & experience in used car business.
  • Candidates living close to Toyota Lanka Ratmalana facility are encouraged to apply.

✥ Marketing and selling automobiles to prospective buyers is the responsibility of a vehicle sales executive. Understanding client needs, providing car options, setting up test drives, haggling over prices, and completing sales are important responsibilities. To deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals, they must also keep up to date knowledge of the latest models, financing options, and market trends. To succeed in this position, one must possess strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication skills.
