Job Responsibilities and Duties : 

• Handle daily cash and bank transactions accurately.

• Issue invoices, credit notes, and receipts in a timely manner.

• Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile cash balances.

• Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.

• Assist with internal and external audits as required.

• Maintain proper documentation and records of all financial transactions.

Skills and Qualifications :

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).

• Experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, ERP systems, and proficiency in MS Excel is preferred (IT knowledge is an advantage).

• Knowledge of cash management processes will be advantageous.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Additional Requirements :

• Prior experience in similar roles will be an added advantage.

• Holding an AAT/Diploma qualification is preferred.
