The jobholder will be expected to be responsible for all computer, laptop products related installations, repairs, maintenances, warranty handling and meet the company goals, objectives and ensure company's customers are satisfied and happy with service.


  • Position of Customer Support Officer - Part time

Personal Profile :

  • Passed GCE O/L & A/L examinations.
  • Ability to resolve customer queries in a stipulated time frame.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala, Tamil preferable.
  • Basic computer literacy & Communication skills.
  • Age below 25 years.
  • Minimum 1 years experience in similar capacity and knowledge in a similar role will be an added advantage.

Job Profile :

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally by adhering to company protocols and guidelines.
  • Identifying customer needs, clarify information, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

They respond to consumer communications promptly and professionally via a variety of channels, including chat, email, and phone. They also help with order processing, technical troubleshooting, and elevating complicated issues to the proper departments. To preserve good customer relations and uphold corporate standards, this position requires strong communication skills, patience, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
