The jobholder will be expected to work in Singer Mega Showrooms and be responsible for the supervision of higher purchasing accounts, assisting to manage receivables and arrears.


  • Administration Assistant / Officer

Personal Profile :

  • Degree / Advanced Diploma in Business Management.
  • Passed GCE (A/L) and GCE (O/L) with credit passes for English And Mathematics.
  • Minimum of one year experience handling similar tasks.
  • Competent in work on Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Effective skills in communication, Organizing and execution and time management.
  • Age between 18 - 25 years.

Job Profile :

  • Communicate with related stakeholders for the coordination of administrative tasks.
  • Reconciliation and follow-up of supplier payments.
  • Update and maintain timely records of operations and transactions.
  • Provide timely administrative support to ensure effective and continuous business operations.
  • Assist the reporting manager in organizing and implementing special events & Training related to health and safety.
  • Help organize special events and health and safety training, including maintaining purchase orders and managing supplier items.

Among the responsibilities are correspondence management, file organization, meeting scheduling, office supply maintenance, and basic accounting assistance.
