The job holder will be responsible for cashier duties, clearing debtors, and supporting the Regional Service Manager in achieving company KPIs. The role also involves customer service and administrative tasks as part of front office operations.


Personal Profile :

  • Passed GCE (A/L) and GCE (O/L) Examinations.
  • Diploma in Business management or Human Resources.
  • 3-5 years' of experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge on ERP/SFAS/ Powerbase.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil preferable).
  • Age below 35 years.

Job Profile :


  • Handle customer product inspections, job creation, and resolve incoming queries and complaints efficiently.
  • Provide customer support, manage inquiries, process refunds, replacements, and trade-in discounts as needed.
  • Refer unresolved issues to the service manager and ensure proper follow-up with customers.
  • Send reminders for non-collected products and handle disposals as per company policy.
  • Oversee cash handling, including preparing and sending financial reports (F212) on time.
  • Maintain accurate records in SFAS/IFS systems, updating work orders and other key information.

A few of the main responsibilities include responding to emails and phone calls, helping with product information, processing orders and returns, managing complaints, and keeping thorough records of all interactions with customers.
