Role Profile :


  • Promote and sell chocolate-based confectionery to customers, achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory, maintain shop cleanliness, and ensure visually appealing product displays.
  • Stay updated on new products and promotions, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and order processing efficiently.


Personal Profile :


  • G.C.E Advanced Level qualification.
  • Strong communication skills to handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Proficient in basic computer literacy and capable of using MS Office for reporting.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and work well under pressure.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a food and beverage outlet.
