The Department of Bioprocess Technology of the Faculty of Technology, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka is conducting research in Fungal Biotechnology, in collaboration with the University of Colombo. The project is funded by the ADB and one Technical Assistant position is currently available for immediate recruitment.

Key responsibilities : 

  • Support laboratory and field activities assigned by the principal investigator.
  • Support to organize program related activities.
  • Document handling in the project.
  • Coordinate the collaborative activities with the partner university (Colombo University) when required.
  • Undertake responsibilities of project work assigned by the principal investigator.

Required qualifications :

  • GCE A/L in any stream.
  • Ability to work in a team.

Monthly salary :

  • 25,000 LKR
