Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Requirements: Six G.C.E. (O/L) passes in one sitting (including Sinhala/Tamil, English, and Mathematics) with three credits.

Age: Below 35 years.

Gender: Male applicants only.

Training Program Highlights :

🗓 Duration -

2 years (6 days per week).

Classroom Training: Held every Saturday or Sunday (09:00 AM - 05:00 PM).

In-Plant Training: Monday to Friday (09:00 AM - 05:00 PM).

⛳ Locations -

⁖ Classroom: SLT-MOBITEL Nebula Institute of Technology, Moratuwa.
In-Plant Training: Regional Operations Centers (OPMC) across Sri Lanka.

Medium: English and Sinhala.

Allowance: LKR 1,500/day during in-plant training.

Certification: Eligible for NVQ Level 4 upon successful program completion.

Benefits and Offers :

Successful completion guarantees consideration for Technician-A15 positions in SLT's permanent cadre (vacancy-dependent).

Program fees: LKR 108,000, deductible over 24 installments (LKR 4,500/month) from the training allowance.

Valid driving license (minimum “B” category) required for permanent roles.
