Job Opportunity - Call Centre Operator (Assignment Basis) at University Grants CommissionThe University Grants Commission (UGC) invites applications for the position of Call Centre Operator on an assignment basis for an initial period of three months.

  • Call Centre Operator 

Educational Requirements :

  • G.C.E. O/L Examination: Six subjects with credit passes in at least three subjects in no more than two sittings.
  • Must have credit passes in Sinhala/Tamil Language or Literature and English Language or Literature.
  • Conversant in Sinhala & English OR Tamil & English.

Salary :

  • Rs. 50,000 per month

Age Limit :

  • Applicants should be between 18 and 30 years on the closing date of applications.
