  • Junior Executive - Recovery Call Center


Key Responsibilities  :


  • Encourage customers to make the scheduled rental payments or any other payments by giving reminders before and after the due date.
  • Remind customers of insurance payments and perform collection follow ups of any due/overdue payments.
  • Identify the misuse of a leased asset, bad customers and other potential risks/losses to the Company when conversing with the customer or by observing his/her payment history, availability, etc.
  • Maintain Database for the monthly arrears follow-ups and update it regularly.
  • Coordinate & maintain good working relations with all external parties.
  • Provide support for the daily operations and overall functions relating to the Department.

Attribute and Qualifications :

  • G.C.E Advance Level.
  • Experience in a customer service/ Call Center related role will be an added advantage.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be an added advantage.
  • Good command of Sinhala and Tamil and/or English languages.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages.
