AlphaClick is seeking a skilled and organized Virtual Assistant to join our healthcare support team, providing essential support to patients in Australia. This is a remote, work-from-home position based in Colombo, where you will assist with a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth, compassionate service to our Australian healthcare clients. This role is ideal for a detail- oriented professional who excels in multitasking, communication, and customer service.

  • Virtual Assistant (Healthcare Industry)


Key Responsibilities  :


  • Answer inbound calls to schedule and confirm appointments, supporting patients across Australia.
  • Compose and type professional letters and correspondences.
  • Manage routine administrative tasks, including sending results via fax, linking documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Melbourne time), providing crucial support to Australian patients.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Patient-Centered Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support patient interactions professionally.
  • Organizational Abilities : Strong attention to detail and time- management skills for handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficient in Microsoft Office, email management, and handling faxing systems.
  • Experience : Prior experience in administrative support, ideally in healthcare, is preferred but not essential.
  • Reliability: Self-motivated and dependable, capable of managing responsibilities independently in a remote work environment.

Additional Requirements :

  • Work Hours - Must be able to work on the Melbourne time zone.
  • Documentation - A valid National Police Clearance Certificate and National ID are required.

Remuneration :

  • Competitive basic salary, including allowances.
  • Attendance and performance-based incentives.
  • Benefits will be reviewed after a 6-month probation period.
