Job Profile  :


  • The job holder of the concerned job role would assist with the daily administrative operation of the company.

Key Accountabilities and Deliverables :

  • Attending to general office administration needs of the divisions.
  • Assisting the senior management team with any administrative and operational needs.
  • Assisting the Finance department in functions as attending to Banking activities, daily cheque deposit, document delivery to banks and other stakeholders.
  • Visiting IRD, government institutions and vendors to make payments and attending to Documentation needs between parties.
  • Assisting in the organizing activities of Trainings, Meetings, and any special events.
  • Any other duties assigned relating to Office Administration.

Person Profile :

  • The candidate should be successful completion of Ordinary Level (GCE).
  • Should be committed and Accountable.
  • Should have high level of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Attentiveness to details.
