  • Human Resources Intern

Position Overview :


  • As a Human Resources Intern at LAUGFS Eco Sri, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Human Resources team to support various aspects of our HR efforts. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to real-world HR aspects, allowing you to develop skills and knowledge in this fast-paced field.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Accountable in maintaining a standard of HR operation across the organization.
  • Assist in planning and actively participation in company events.
  • Accountable in HR administration works.
  • Work effectively both individually and as part of a team to achieve both individual and department goals and objectives and strive consistently to promote a positive team spirit.
  • Support the HR team performing activities assigned by the management.
  • Task prioritization, time management and multi-tasking ability while being a good team player.


The Requirement :


  • A bachelor's degree or part completion of a professional qualification relating to Human Resource Management/Business Management.
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) is a must along with data analytical skills. Good interpersonal skills couple with ability to build up cordial relationship across the organization.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills in English & Sinhala.
