Customer Care Officer - Online Sales

Job Requirements :

Preferably age below 25 years.

Passed A/L examination.

Having qualification in MS Office.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Excellent communication/phone handling skills with English/Sinhala and Tamil being an added advantage.

Experience in a similar capacity or an equivalent will be an added advantage.

School leavers are also encouraged to apply.
