✥ NDB Securities (NDBS) is a licensed stockbroker registered in the Colombo Stock Exchange and is a fully owned subsidiary of NDB Capital Holdings, the capital market arm of the NDB Group. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team.


The Job  :


  • Greeting clients and visitors, guiding them to the right departments.
  • Assisting with account openings and providing operational support through our advanced systems.
  • Managing phone calls with professionalism, screening, directing, and answering general inquiries.
  • Actively engaging in company promotional activities and fostering strong relationships with clients and associates.
  • Overseeing all front desk operations, including necessary record-keeping.

The Person :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office.


✥ Inquiries from customers are handled, assistance is given, and client satisfaction is guaranteed by a customer care executive. Their main responsibilities include answering calls, emails, and chat requests; fixing problems for customers; providing information about products and services; and assisting them with procedures. They are also essential in preserving good client relations and getting input to enhance offerings. To succeed in this position, one must possess strong communication skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. It's often necessary to be proficient with customer support software.
