✥ We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.

Requirement :

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
