  • Office Assistant (Colombo)


Job Responsibilities  :


  • Run errands such as banking, mail collection and delivery of documents as required.
  • Government Documentation - submit documentation to various government institutions.
  • Handling and maintaining cash.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile :

  • Passed GCE O/L examination.
  • Should have own motor bicycle and valid motor bicycle license.
  • Experience in similar capacity will be added an advantage.
  • Colombo 02 suburbs are preferred.


✥ To ensure the smooth operation of the office, an office assistant is in charge of carrying out a range of clerical and administrative duties. Important responsibilities include taking care of correspondence, managing filing systems, keeping an eye on office supplies, answering phones, and helping with basic bookkeeping. They might also help other employees with meeting planning, file organization, and document preparation. Excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and organizational abilities are prerequisites for this position. A key role in making sure the office operates effectively and efficiently every day is played by the Office Assistant.
