Management Associate/Finance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

Processing different types of payments.

Raising receipts and preparing journal entries related to the financial transactions.

Carrying out bank reconciliation and related activities.

Liaising with banks, other outside parties and internal departments on payment related matters.

Minimum Requirements :

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university/institution.

Part qualification in CA, AAT or any other professional qualification is preferred.

Previous experience in handling finance related work and hands-on experience in Accounting / ERP software will be an added advantage.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills (oral and written) with excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with minimum supervision, multi-task and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office package.
