Job Profile :

Assist with recruitment processes for Executive and senior-level positions.

Support with drafting job advertisements and posting job openings.

Participate in candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication.

Conduct initial candidate assessments and background research.

Maintain and update recruitment records and databases.

Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Personal Profile :

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
