  • Post of Human Resources Assistant

Required Qualifications / Skills :

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR-related functions.
  • 4 Fully or partly qualified in Human Resources Management (CQHRM, PQHRM, Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized professional body)
  • Below 30 years of age.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • IT literacy is a must.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and assist in the recruitment and selection processes, including handling related documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Coordinate and assist with induction training programs.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports, analysis and providing management information as required.
  • Liaise with the Labor Department and handle EPF administration.
  • Support other department projects as needed.
