  • Executive - Customer Service & Branch Operations

The Job :


  • Providing exceptional customer service whilst handling walk-in customers, communicating with internal & external customers and meeting deadlines based on customer demands.


The Ideal Candidate :


  • Between 20-28 years of age.
  • Passed the GCE A/L examination and GCE O/L examination with C passes in Maths & English.
  • 02 years of experience in a customer service related job role.
  • Part qualification in CIM/SLIM/Dip Marketing would be preferred.
  • Computer Literate (MS Office Skill).
  • Should be capable of speaking & typing fluently in Sinhala / English.
  • Tamil Language will be an added advantage.

A customer service executive answers questions from clients, settles disputes, and guarantees client satisfaction. Key duties include answering calls, emails, and chats from customers, processing orders and returns, keeping track of customer information, and giving product and service information. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a customer-focused mindset, are essential for this position. The perfect applicant will be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced atmosphere, and project professionalism at all times.
