  • Contact Centre Representative (Fixed term contract)


        You should ideally :


        • be below 25 years of age.
        • possess strong communication skills in English & Tamil will be a definite advantage.
        • possess excellent interpersonal skills.
        • possess good problem solving skills.
        • be motivated to provide excellent customer service.
        • be flexible with working hours.


        You will be responsible for :

        • informing the Bank's products and services to existing and potential customers.
        • cross selling products and services over the phone to customers.
        • listening to customer queries and handling them effectively.
        • assisting in conducting surveys on customer satisfaction levels and resolving complaints.

        ⁖ Customer inquiries regarding bank services, accounts, transactions, and products are handled by bank contact center representatives, who act as the initial point of contact for clients. Through phone, email, or chat, they support clients with problems like checking account balances, settling conflicts, handling requests, and giving advice on banking procedures. Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of providing excellent customer service, and the capacity to operate in a hectic setting while maintaining a high standard of customer care are necessary for this position. It is imperative to possess proficiency in pertinent languages and familiarity with banking products.
