Job Profile  :


  • Efficiently handle inbound outbound calls with professionalism.
  • Deliver effective customer solutions for inquiries.
  • Educate customers on the comprehensive suite of products and services offered by the Bank.

Applicant's Profile :

  • Less than 25 years of age.
  • Passed G.C.E. O/L, Edexcel or Cambridge O/L with "Credit "passes in Mathematics and English.
  • Experience in call center operations is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills (trilingual or bilingual candidates are preferred)

✥ A Bank Contact Center Associate is in charge of answering questions, resolving problems, and providing phone, email, and chat support in order to deliver exceptional customer service. Helping customers with transactions, account information, and banking products, as well as troubleshooting issues and guaranteeing a positive customer experience, are important responsibilities. For this position, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and a solid grasp of banking services.
