  • Call Centre Assistant


✥ This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Assistant at Hayleys Fentons in Colombo. The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for customer support, communication, and providing exceptional customer service in a contact center environment.


Candidate Profile :

  • Strong educational background with 3 passes at G.C.E. A/L.
  • Fluency in Sinhala and English languages is essential. The ability to speak Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Basic computer literacy, including the MS Office package.
  • Good team player with a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work during weekends and on a roster basis.


✥ A call center assistant is in charge of handling both incoming and outgoing calls from clients while offering top-notch assistance and support. They are responsible for responding to consumer questions, resolving problems, managing grievances, and routing calls to the relevant divisions. They also take care of customer records, guarantee customer satisfaction, and sometimes even handle administrative work. For this position, patience, strong communication skills, and the capacity to function under pressure are essential. In order to preserve a business's reputation and guarantee client retention, call center assistants are essential.
