The ideal candidate should possess :

Passed 3 subjects in G.C.E A/L examination in any stream.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills in English and Sinhala.
Positive attitude, reliability, and to achieve multiple work activities with high motivation.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Strong desire to learn and develop a career in your chosen field.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS office package.
A person with a strong personality and determination.
Willingness to embrace challenges and seize career opportunities.
