» We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to join our team at Hemas House. The receptionist cum admin coordinator will be responsible for managing the reception and telephone operations for the companies at Hemas House. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for the company, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and callers while providing administrative support across the organization.

Requirements :



  • Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration would be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
