This is a varied role, with each day looking a little different from the last. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of a large and varied team, ensuring that the working environment is maintained to maximize productivity. The role will also involve creating daily reports and getting to know everyone's skill basis, to ensure they are being placed in the role which suits them best.

We are looking for a friendly and bubbly person to join the team at College of Contract Management, an UK based company.


⛳ Location - Deal Place A, Colombo 3 (proximate to Mahanama College)


⁖ An ideal candidate will need to have excellent communication skills in English, be organised and able to manage in a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities :


  • Good Computer Literacy (Proficient in Microsoft Office installation and setting up computers for new team members)
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Arranging and conducting interviews.
  •  Evaluating peoples skills sets to assignment them to the right tasks.
  • Resource management and maintaining/creation relationships with vendors.
  • Communicating with the UK office daily.

        • Ability to prioritise and manage a business workload.


        ⁖ The efficient running of an office setting is greatly dependent upon the presence of an Office Admin Assistant. Managing office supplies, responding to correspondence, setting up appointments, filing paperwork, and helping with other administrative duties are usually among their duties. In addition, they assist the office staff by organizing office activities, keeping the workspace tidy and organized, and making sure that all office supplies are operating as intended. For this position, you must have strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and familiarity with basic office software. Being the initial point of contact for guests, an office administrative assistant needs to be professional and have great communication skills.
