IT Executive

What You'll Do :

Enterprise products pre sales technical solution design, support and product demonstrations.

Translation of enterprise client's business requirements into technical solutions.

Post sales technical support and provide necessary details to maintain the issue rectification SLAs.

Coordinate the 3rd party vendors for post-sale solution development and maintenance.

Maintain revenue & product KPIs for solution business health monitoring.

What we are looking for :

IT Degree from a recognized university.

Knowledge of the Telecommunication domain would be an added. advantage.

High degree of presentation and demonstration skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn about new technologies.
