The ideal candidate should :

Minimum of Three (3) good passes at the G.C.E. A/L examination.

Degree in human resource management or Professional qualifications in Human Resources Management.

Minimum two years experience in a similar field.

Age less than Fourty (40) years.

Excellent communication capabilities both in writing & speaking the English language.

Familiar with MS Office applications.
