You'll be key in managing talent acquisition, overseeing on-boarding, and driving employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a solid grasp of HR principles, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Job Profile :


  • Implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage the selection process.
  • Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and future hiring requirements.
  • Maintain a strong employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Facilitate on-boarding, including orientation and integration of new hires.
  • Provide new hires with guidance on company policies and culture.
  • Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and social events.
  • Conduct surveys to assess employee satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with management to foster a positive work environment and support employee development.


Personal Profile :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification in HRM will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Relationship management skills.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
