Human Resources Assistant

Candidate Profile :

Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualifications in HR from a recognized university or institute with a minimum of 01 year experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication in both Sinhala and English. (Tamil will be an additional qualification)

Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.

Ability to work with a team.

Sound knowledge in MS Office package.

An assistant in human resources assists the HR division by handling a variety of administrative duties. Keeping track of personnel records, helping with hiring procedures, planning training sessions, and responding to employee inquiries are among the duties. Data entry, interview scheduling, and onboarding activity coordination are all part of the job. For this role, strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication are required. The HR Assistant makes sure that everything runs smoothly in HR and contributes to creating a happy work atmosphere.
