Responsibilities :
- Follow up on divisional payments and with suppliers.
- Maintain records of incinerator and paper shredder activities.
- Maintain divisional-related data.
- Overlook and coordinate with relevant parties on janitorial and pest control activities.
Requirements :
- Passed GCE (A/L) examination.
- Outgoing personality coupled with good communication and PR skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Packages.
- Ability to confidently manage set tasks and lead teams efficiently.
- Experience in working with ERP systems would be an added advantage.
