- Call center officer
Responsibilities :
- Enthusiastically attend to inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide feedback for customer inquiries and ensure that follow up actions take place.
- Attend to customer inquiries empathetically and help them resolve the same.
- Assist and continuously update customer information on the System.
- To elevate and maintain the Arpico Insurance brand image.
- Successful completion of the G.C.E A/L examination.
- Proficiency in Tamil is a mandatory requirement.
- Experience in working in a call center would be an added advantage.
- Strong PR skills.
- Ability to handle and work under pressure.
