- Executive - Call Center
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Follow up on customer calls whenever necessary and respond to emails.
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and problem resolution.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and coordinate with other departments all the time.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet and exceed performance targets to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Fully or Part qualification in Customer relations / CRM or equivalent relevant professional qualifications.
- Successfully completed G.C.E O/L and G.C.E A/L.
- Proven experience in a similar role, at least [01] years of experience.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Sinhala both verbal and written.
- Ability to speak Tamil language will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Willingness and ability to work on shift basis including weekends as well.
