  • Executive - Call Center

Responsibilities  :


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Follow up on customer calls whenever necessary and respond to emails.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and problem resolution.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and coordinate with other departments all the time.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • Fully or Part qualification in Customer relations / CRM or equivalent relevant professional qualifications.
  • Successfully completed G.C.E O/L and G.C.E A/L.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, at least [01] years of experience.
  • Proficient communication skills in English and Sinhala both verbal and written.
  • Ability to speak Tamil language will be an added advantage.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Willingness and ability to work on shift basis including weekends as well.


✥ A call center executive is in charge of answering both incoming and outgoing calls in order to help and support customers. Their main responsibilities include processing transactions, addressing problems, responding to questions from customers, and guaranteeing client satisfaction. They must be able to effectively manage large call volumes, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and maintain a polite and professional manner. They also have to meet performance goals, adhere to call center scripts, and update customer records. Flexibility, endurance, and the capacity to perform well under pressure are necessary for this position.
