💎 Educational Requirements :

Passed G.C.E. (O/L) Examination in six (06) subjects with at least two credit passes in not more than two sittings.

Prior working experience and the ability to read & understand English would be an added advantage.

💎 Other Details :

Monthly Allowance: Rs. 35,000.00 (All-inclusive)

Age Limit: Not more than 45 years

Selection Method: By test and/or interview

💎 Benefits :

Contribution to the Employees’ Provident Fund (8% by employee, 12% by the university).

Contribution to the Employees Trust Fund (3% by the university).

Management Assistant

Educational Qualifications :

(1) Should have passed the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination in six (06) subjects at one sitting with credit passes in,

Sinhala Language/Tamil Language,

English Language/English Literature,

Mathematics and

(2) Should have passed in all subjects at G.C.E. (A/L) Examination (except the Common General Paper) at one sitting. (Passing in 3 subjects under the old syllabus at one sitting would be sufficient for this purpose)

Monthly Allowance :

Rs. 52,000.00 (All-inclusive allowances)

Age :

Not more than 30 years.

Note :

» Preference will be given to those who possess the following,

An acceptable qualification in computer applications of not less than six (06) months duration obtained from a recognized institute and,

Two years of experience in the use of computer application packages.

Benefits :

Appointees will become contributors to the Employees' Provident Fund, contributing 8% of their monthly earnings and the University contributing an amount equivalent to 12%.

In addition, they will become contributors to the Employees Trust Fund.

The University will contribute 3% of the monthly earnings of the employee.

Qualifications :

A degree from a recognized university.

Should have a good working knowledge in information technology (IT)

Effective communication skills & team working ability.

Preference will be given to the Applicants from Hambantota district.

Duration of the appointment :

Appointments will be made initially for six months and extendable up to two years based on performance.

Remuneration :

Fixed monthly allowance of Rs.30,000 (inclusive of COL allowance) + EPF+ETF.
