Cashier Cum Front Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :

Perform cashier duties, including managing transactions and updating the computer system for both services and product purchases.

Oversee stock handling, ensuring timely inventory updates and placing orders as needed.

Assist customers with purchasing products by cross-selling and promoting them, while processing transactions efficiently.

Prepare daily income reports and submit them to the Head Office.

Enter guest details and product sales into the system, ensuring the information is up to date.

Take overall responsibility for all transactions and cash balances.

Welcome guests and create a warm, serene environment at the reception area.

Requirements :

Previous experience in a cashier or similar role in sales.

Strong communication skills in English.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in computer skills.

Must be able to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.

Candidates residing within a 10 km radius of NEGOMBO will be given preference.
